How Do I Pay For My Massage?
Our payment options are quite flexible.
When you book online, you can choose to pay via credit card, or you can pay with cash or Visa/MasterCard at the time of your appointment.
The Lakes Massage Gift Cards are also available for purchase online, so if you're lucky enough to have received one, you can use this when booking your Massage!
Please note, we do not keep a cash float at our clinic, so please have the correct amount when paying cash.

How Long Will My Massage Go For?
All our Massage appointments are for 75 minutes.
Depending on the Massage type, the "touch time" will vary, but it's usually 60 minutes.
You may need to complete some paperwork before your Massage, and some consultation & assessment may take place. There will also be some preparation time for you to de-robe & then get dressed when finished. If you have not pre-paid when booking, payment will also need to be completed at the conclusion of your appointment.
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you're early, you may sometimes find the entry door is locked if we're with another client, please be patient & one of our therapists will welcome you through at your appointment time.

All Massages completed in the Springfield Orion clinic are $95.00 for the 75 minute appointment.

Can I Claim With My Private Health Fund?
This depends on the Massage type that you book.
Both Remedial Massage and Sports/Deep Tissue Massage can be claimed, all other Massages are not claimable.

Yes, remedial massage is a claimable treatment. We will issue you a receipt, sent to your email as a PDF. You can then request a rebate from your health fund.
Do You Have HiCaps?
No we don’t have a Hicaps machine, therefore you will need to pay the full fee upfront and claim back through your health fund.
